Outside of the office, Robert enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Summer, and fitting in the occasional round of golf.

Larry Newbury covers the South Texas region from San Marcos down to Corpus Christi and from Kerrville to Victoria. He has been in the HVAC industry most of his life, starting with his family’s contracting business at the tender age of 12. Since 1987, he’s been immersed in the distribution side and has extensive experience as a branch manager and as a territory sales manager. He and his wife Chrissy have been married for 33 years and have two children in their 20’s. Larry enjoys fishing and golf, and he and his wife love to travel together.

Marty Rusnak splits the Houston territory by customer with Matt Hoover. Marty graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in mechanical engineering and was a submarine officer on active duty in the navy. He just recently retired from the Navy Reserve with over 29 yrs. of combined active duty and reserve service. He has an MS in Business Management. Marty has been in the HVAC industry since 2005, with regional and national sales experience at various manufacturers, and he has been a member of the Gunder team since 2016. Marty loves to travel, enjoys golfing, and is an avid sports fan.

Justin Williams joined the Gunder team in 2025 and splits the Houston Metro area with Marty Rusnak. Justin has been in the HVAC industry since 2006. Jim is an alumnus of Wallace State Community College and currently serves on their board of HVAC advisors. Jim comes from the contractor side of the industry and has worked as a rep for over 7 years in this territory. Jim’s passion is restoring classic trucks, especially 1960s model Chevrolets.
